Our offerings

Skill Building

We have all been teachers and absolutely love designing and facilitating learning spaces. In the past, we have trained teachers on content and pedagogy, vision and goal setting, managing classroom culture, designing systems and structures towards goals, leveraging AI tools towards better outcomes, managing self (time/task/energy), and data analysis among other things.

Organizational Development

We assist in creating theory of change for organizations, assist with program design, conduct M&E workshops, create data trackers, and design and implement policies around employee engagement, prevention of sexual harassment, reimbursement etc.

Resource Creation

We have created individual and team learning plans, lesson plans for various grades, assessments, pre-work and interview questions for hiring. Our area of expertise is in customizing these resources for organizations instead of using cookie-cutter templates.

Coaching

We conduct 1-1 coaching for employees towards outcomes, facilitate team learning spaces, assisted reflection for both individuals and teams. In the past, we have also created individual learning and growth plans with an eye towards helping organizations build an internal pipeline for talent towards their senior roles.

What kind of work have you already done?

Over the last few years, we have created strategy for sourcing talent, policies and processes for hiring talent, created learning plans for individuals and teams, conducted skill building sessions (online/offline) for small and large groups, created curriculum and curricular resources for multiple grades and subjects, while working with four different organizations. We are happy to share proofs of work that we have done in the past as long as it fits into your needs and only parts that are not confidential.

Is the offering list customizable?

Absolutely. We actually only do customized solutions for each of our clients.

How do you determine the cost for your services?

We have two ways to determine cost. One is a per hour method - which we use when the task is specific and relatively small. The other is a project cost method - we use this when work has multiple aspects and involves tasks that are not ideal to count on a per hour basis.
